The purpose of this site is to provide the customer (you) with information about us, our products, stores and activities. We also provide you with the opportunity to purchase online through our secure shopping cart.
When using our products, surfaces may become slippery, take appropriate care when exiting the bath tub.
To ensure your bath doesn't stain (although our colours are water soluble), we recommend wiping down your bath after each use.
Certain types of bath tubs can be affected by colour and if the enamel is damaged prior to use, there is risk of bath stainage to a degree.
If you have any allergies to general household ingredients such as dairy, wheat, nut and eggs, we recommend you do not use our products as our products are manufactured in a home that handles these products.
If any irritation occurs please discontinue use immediately and get in contact with us.
We do not take responsibility if reactions occur, as we clearly state what’s in our items on each labelled product and have advised this warning
We undertake to keep our website current with regard to product names, descriptions and photos of products available. However, from time to time products listed in stock may not be available, if this occurs we will send a suitable replacement.
As our products are hand produced in small quantities, slight variances in colour or appearance may occur, this variance will not effect the quality, usability or the way the product performs.
If orders are required by a specific date, contact us first to ensure it can be done
TERMS OF SALE
We dispatch products after payment is received and until then the products remain the property of Bombalicious Bath Bombs. Payment can be made online via Afterpay, Oxipay and Credit Card.
We pack all items securely using either recycled packaging materials.
We reuse packing materials received by us where possible. Shipping is undertaken by -endle or Australia Post. Orders are made by hand.
Should your order take longer due to delays I’m happy to send your order in 2 parts, please email to discuss. Once an order has been placed, there is no cancellation and if for any reason a cancellation is approved a store credit will be given.
UPDATE AS OF 10/10/2018
The wait time can be up to 2 weeks at this stage, should no delays occur. We make all products to order, however some a premade. We make items to order and we are slowly moving from this to stock only
All delays are advised via the business page at the time of the delay
By clicking complete purchase at the checkout you've agreed to the Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
No refunds are given for a change of mind.
All orders are final
There are no refunds nor cancelation of an order when the order is in the finalisation process.
Once orders are started, refunds will not be given in this instance as its a change of mind.
When selecting the shipping method, select correctly, should you select the incorrect method, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount before your order is started. If you wish to cancel your order at this point, you will receive a store credit.

No responsibility is taken for what happens once the product has left the store with the courier.
If any refunds are given for any reason they will be offered as store credit. Should an order be approved to refund or cancellation there will be a 30% restocking fee applied, refunds will be processed within 7 business days
Due to the nature of products, for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns at any time
DISCLAIMER: At times we have giveaways to which vouchers are given, at times we may not be able to provide products ordered with these and in this event these orders will be cancelled and you will be notified via email
Vouchers and codes are given at our discretion - we do this as a kindness for our loyal customers
At times we can have delays in production due to weather conditions as it affects our products from setting properly. Should this occur you will be notified via the business page, we ask you understand this is beyond our control and we will do what we can to get your order dispatched as soon as possible.

We use Sendle for standard shipping and Australia Post for express post, should you require Express by a certain date, please contact us first.
Explanation of Shipping Rates
Pick/Local Delivery - For Hervey Bay area only, if you select this rate and your not local you will be required to pay shipping difference before your order is sent, there is no cancellation at this point
Standard Shipping - This is the standard rate, all items are tracked.
Fast Track - order with express shipping - as above and sent express via Australia Post with full tracking
Sendle does not post to PO boxes.
Should you select the local pick up or delivery option when you do not reside in 4655, you will be required to pay the difference before your order is sent out.
